All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product (personal care medical device), we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been delivered and opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fatmir.iss2@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
